This was inspired by a sauce that was discontinued.. so i had to try and make it because I just can't get my husband to eat fish without it! It's also very good on chicken. I highly recommend it with rice too. When I first tried to make it.. I used so many ingredients and I didn't measure. It turned out awesome! So I remade it with less ingredients and measured it this time!
I started making these after going broke buying Starbucks new vivanno every day. Mine actually tastes better too! I drink it when I wake up at 5am and I don't get hungry until snack time at 9am!! You can also use juice instead of the almond breeze, and any frozen fruit or berries to mix it up so it never gets old. Great on the go. I don't have time to sit and eat breakfast. It tastes like a shake!
I know this sounds weird.. but it's SO good and I'm hooked! It's WAY more filling than a normal PB&J. I can't eat a PB&J without bananas now! Just try it, maybe sample a slice of banana in some pb&j to taste it.
A regular tuna salad sandwich under 400 calories!!! Perfect and filling for lunch
