These are a regular family favorite, and freeze nicely if you want to double the batch.
Easy and delicious, and the kids love them too.
Can easily be increased to, as long as milk-pumpkin-flour-egg ratio stays the same.
Use as a 1-1 replacement for wheat flour
Apple sauce used to replace half of the origional butter required. Works with egg replacements too, but we prefer the moistness added from the applesauce.
