Glop

This is an adaptation of a recipe that appeared in the newspaper. The original required steaming dumplings on top for 20 minutes. I've found that if I pop a tube of fridge biscuits in the toaster oven, they're done right about the same time as the Glop, saving that 20 minutes. Any Glop that's leftover gets served the next day, topped with instant mashed potatoes, as Shepherd's Pie. It is a Fibro Friendly recipe. ~ Only three, easy to procure ingredients are needed.
~ Preparation and cooking are done in a single pan.
~ One dish provides meat protein, dairy and vegetables.
~ Substitutions can easily be made to accomodate individual taste, such as chicken instead of beef, or corn
instead of peas.
~ A large batch can be frozen for use when you are unable to cook.
~ It offers a fibro friendly way to get rid of excess grease.

Salsa Scramble

In my experimenting this fell into place and is yummy for anytime of the day. You can add whatever you like to it ie: jalepenos, lowfat cheese etc.
