When I make this recipe, everyone wants a copy of it. It is snapped up as soon as it is served. Will serve at least 12 people. Hope you enjoy.
Fantastic salad rich in vitamins especially "K"
This salad will feed at least 8-10 people

Due to allergies to most salad dressings I like to experiment with my own. The following is one I just created and all 8 of my friends loved it
I put it on my multi green & yellow veggie salad
I experiment with making a lowfat dessert.
I used 1 c fruit but if you want a fruitier taste just add fruit of your choice.

I experiment with making my own peanut cashew butter. Though this recipe was made with 2 cups each of salt free cashews and peanuts, I have taken the time to break down the nutition value for 1 tbsp.
I just made a wonderful vegetarian sandwich was was delicious and low in calories.
Would like to share it with you.
Though I made it for 2 people, it will actually feed 4. Enjoy
