This is a simple recipe which I have "lighten" up as much as possible. This nutritional values are with the fat free sour cream. I enjoy making this one as it allows me to be creative with different dried fruits such as mango, apricot. Also, can be made with fresh fruits if you desire.
It's adoptable for Passover by using Kosher forPassover noodles as well as Kosher for Passover ingredients. This is a splurg recipe for me but for once or twice a year it's a treat.
This is a great simple sauce. Works great with any recipe that calls for tomato sauce. Versatile, just add your favortie touches like mushrroms, peppers, meats or what ever you have. I love it cause it's so simple and allows me to be creative.
I have this for breakfast or for a snack, depending on my mood.
