I'm not a big fan of crustless quiches--the texture just kinda grosses me out haha. So here is a quiche with a crust that is still only 202 calories per serving.
OKAY...LISTEN UP, THESE ARE INCREDIBLE, seriously. I just made these cookies for the first time this evening. I adapted them from a recipe that was posted on the website browneyedbaker.com. I just tweaked the recipe a little here and there to make it healthier. I am not lying to you these are some of the best cookies I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and try these :)
I don't usually like tuna pasta dishes, I think there is usually too much tuna and too much cheese
I just threw this together and it was very good, nice and light...I might even omit the peas next time for something super simple, enjoy :)
This is a super easy delicious snack. I love kiwi, not only because my favorite color is green, they have a great pop of flavor. The sweetness of the graham cracker, I think, off sets the tang of the kiwi and the cream cheese. Strawberries or really any fruit would be a great substitution :)

Works great with salmon: numbers if using 1 1/2 lbs of salmon and fat free sour cream are 368 calories, 22 g fat, 4 g sat fat, 35 g protein, 5 g carbs, 100 mg cholesterol, and 383 mg sodium and would be 4 servings
You can use ground beef if you prefer, but I like ground turkey better and its lower in fat. The nutritional values are based on ground turkey.
Good for any recipe that uses a tomato sauce or as a topping for fish or chicken.
Firstly, the spark people recipe calculater wants me to quantify 4 portobello mushroom caps into grams, I do not know exactly what this would be, so the nutrition info. may be very slightly off. Secondly, my boyfriend doesn't like goat cheese so he uses shredded cheddar or colby cheese instead which makes a very delicious substitution. Thirdly, I use either a low sugar spaghetti sauce or make my own, but this was not an option when I was entering the ingredients, so either of these changes could alter the nutritional info. This recipe also is part of phase 1 south beach diet.
