This came from Pioneer Woman's TV program. I have revised it somewhat, but maintained the integrity of the recipe. Not necessarily healthy, but want to know how to count it.
You can use rye, buckwheat or cornmeal instead of whole wheat flour.
This is made with Shirataki Noodles for a low calorie/large portion size pasta dish!
Eat a protein rich breakfast, 3 cups of this soup for lunch and dinner. Lose 3 lbs in 3 days.
Yields 1 - 9" tart or pie crust
My hubby isn't a big fan of spaghetti, unless it's baked in the oven with cheese on top. Here's my rendition.

A unique but very simple to make chowder
This is delicious served with egg noodles, but to make it a bit more diet friendly I serve it with brown rice. It will be lower in fat by using the low fat soup. I just didn't have any available.
This is similar to Weight Watcher's Garden Vegetable Soup...eat as much as you like and lose weight!
This is my own creation, revised from several similar recipes I've enjoyed.
Makes 2 large pizzas or 6 large calzones
This is lightened up with 2% milk and cheese
Looks and feels like mashed potatoes, but has a distinct flavor...use milk to reach desired consistency.
If you like it HOT, you can put more Tabasco in it. This just has a slight kick with a buttery, garlicy flavor.
Makes 24 bars
You can add the ingredients you like. If you don't like it hot, use diced tomatoes instead of Rotel. You can use light or fat free cheese as well as less tortillas to cut back on calories.
These are buttery and delicious! A good way to exercise portion control if you enjoy Lemon Pie.
Buttery and delicious! You will never eat Pecan Pie again! You can make these much healthier by using 1/2 whole wheat flour, splenda, light butter, and egg substitute.

Sausage & Cabbage in a pot
Make these rolls up to 1 month ahead. Wrap cooled rolls loosely in aluminum foil, place in a zip-top freezer bag, and freeze. Heat foil wrapped rolls in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes or until warm.
Crispy outside, tender inside and delicious.
Great soup in crock pot or on stove top!
