This is a chicken version of stroganoff that the kids LOVE!!!! I make this and it always goes over well with the family...its become a staple!
Ready to serve in 30 minutes. Be careful to watch the soup once the fish is added. If overcooked, the fish will become tough.
This was a Betty Crocker recipe I decided to make on a whim. I added a little paprika and of course used reduced fat EVERYTHING...it turned out really tasty though!
This was a recipe that I let my daughter pick out from a recipe book that turned out to be REALLY good! We served it over whole wheat egg noodles, but it would be just as good over brown rice.
A relatively lower calorie recipe for two to be served over a bed of lettuce with your choice of salad toppings. We prefer onion on ours.
This is certainly a family staple in my house. The kids literally beg me to make it for them all the time because they love it so much. Obviously any recipe is open to embelishment so feel free to make to your own taste.
Sesame-crusted tofu gives crispy texture. Pineapple balances the red chili flakes.
Easy to make, and a nice change from traditional soups. I like making the meatballs smaller, but they can be made according to preferences. High protein meal!
This is a receipe that is fast becoming a family favorite. It is a combination of 3 seperate types of bean and made with lean ground turkey to help lighten the calorie load. For a 2 cup service, only 322 calories!!!!
Put in the crock pot and let it cook all day. Use Brown Gravy powder to thicken a little
