Nice Side Dish
A yummy fairly healthy friendly meal, snack, or appetizer. Serve wrapped in lettuce, or in lettuce cups. You can delete the added salt or be creative with various seasonings.000
I just updated my mom's meatloaf recipe to healthier ingredients and ommited things I don't like. You can make it with 1 lb hamburger, 1/4 lb sausage, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 2 eggs, 1 8 oz can tomato sauce, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Blend and shape. Bake at 350 for one hour.
I used the Healthy Pumpkin Banana Bread recipie and made a few changes
