I made this for a breakfast treat for my family and I.
You can store these in your fridge for up to a week and just make what you are going to eat for the day. They are yummy AND healthy. Full of fiber!
This goes great with the Sourthwestern Steak Salad and you can even change it up a little by adding chipolte seasoning in place of the chili powder.
This is an awesome dinner salad and if you need to decrease the fat and calorie count just leave the avacados and try chicken instead. Tastes great with the Southwest Ranch Dressing I entered on this site as well.
