This is VBMOM2010's recipe. I just re-entered it with lower sodium soy sauce.
This is quick and delicious. Sometimes I throw in raisins or celery or substitute diff. kinds of nuts, whatever is on hand.
Serve on a sandwich, in a wrap, or on a bed of lettuce-needs no dressing.
