This is a light and refreshing salad and it tastes just like homemade pickles!

This is a quick, light, refreshing salad. I found it on allrecipes.com. I omit the salt. You can alter it to your preference and use whatever you have on hand for the veggies.

Tilapia Chowder

Quick and easy! Tastes wonderful, inexpensive, high protein, low fat and low calories! ENJOY!!!!!
This is the original recipe, but I used reduced sodium and fat soup, skim milk, mixed frozen veggies and no bacon. Still tastes great! I also used frozen tilapia fillets.

Tuna Salad

Great on lettuce or bread.

Spring Salad

Pasta salad with veggies and mayo based dressing. I usually have radishes in it too. Mix it up with any of your favorite veggies!

Creamy Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

Very creamy, cheesy and yummy! My grandson loves it, you might too.
A little healthier than my regular recipe, but definitely a comfort food. Can use any milk, 2% was all I had in the house.
