Fantastic grilled teriyaki, brown sugar, pineapple marinaded pork chops.
This is a delicious casserole and it makes a lot! Great item to bring to a cook out or picnic.
I changed this recipe based on one that I had found in a cookbook. It is similar to an egg casserole.
This dish was inspired by a meal I had at Chili's.
This soup is easy to make and tastes AMAZING! It is very easy on your wallet and is great for lunches. It makes 9, 1 cup servings and has almost no fat. (Note: I don't track sodium, so the amount listed is not taking into account the ingredients I manually entered).
Extremely tastey sandwich that tastes just like you would get at a Fast Food restaurant, but without the guilt.
This snack is amazing and very fresh tasting! The recipe makes 20 servings because of the amount of granola that is made and is great for lunches. I eat it with 1c. lowfat vanilla yogurt and strawberries. This recipe makes a very large parfait and the serving size could even be cut down of you want to reduce calories even more.
Inspired by my favorite Lean Cuisine meal. This pizza is FABULOUS and is so quick and easy to make.

Adapted from Fit-It and Forget-It Cookbook. Makes very large, tasty meatballs

ocaccia-Bread/Detail.aspx. It is AMAZING! Everyone will be requesting it for every occassion.
This recipe was adapted from a Williams & Sonoma recipe. Everyone RAVES about this soup and can't get enough of it. It makes a lot, but I guarentee it won't last long.

7. I changed it very slightly, but this is an absolutely AMAZING recipe!
I made this quick and easy salad for myself and it tasted AMAZING! It is healthy and will actually leave you feeling full. The serving size is large (you could even share the salad with a friend if you so choose.) I cooked the chicken on the stove with canola oil and garlic, but chicken could also be baked or grilled. Enjoy!
