Some simple breakfast burritos, it's intended to be a full meal when your on the go and don't have a whole lot of time, so make them in advaced. This recipe is for just one, but I like to make a big batch and freeze them so I can grab one and heat it up later in a microwave or an oven. (it's also easier to keep the amount of oil down if you make more at once)
Some cornbread style muffins... good with chili or whatever.
Great on pasta or popcorn or anything else you normally would put Parmesan cheese. Similar in consistency to the powdered Parmesan you can buy in the store in the green canisters.
