Bean and Greens Soup

This is a basic lettuce soup, to use up what's in the garden. I've added beans for protein.
I use the soy sauce because I use a homemade, unsalted broth. If you use premade broth, omit this. Vegetarians - use 6 mushrooms instead of 4, and substitute the chicken broth for water.

GF, Dairy Free, Vegan Double chocolate Raspberry "Cream" Pie

My kidlet invented this wonderful, tasty, raw pie. It is gluten free, dairy free and egg free (Vegan).

GF Carrot - citrus cake

Throw in whatever you've got. The great taste comes from throwing in a grapefruit and an orange - peel and all. Easily fat free, gluten free, and totally yummy. It's even better the next day, when the citrus and carrot cake flavours have had a chance to mingle.
My hubby likes it best with a dollop of cream cheese icing (but if you use fat-free cream cheese you can still enjoy without too many calories)

GF Peanut Butter Sesame balls

I can't have gluten and my son has hypoglycaemia, so he needs a high protein diet, and can't have sweets. I'm thanful to have this favourite of his, so that when I crave a treat, I can also eat cookies. Without much work, and without feeling guilty!
For variety, you can use cooked dates instead of honey, and add anything you like: puffed or crispy rice cereal, dried fruit, coconut...
