Slight adaptation from King Arthur's 50-cookie recipe - removing some all purpose white flour and adding back same amount of white whole wheat flour, and using dark brown sugar instead of light brown and adding flax seed

Divine, quick & easy. Use paprika from a local "organic" store, if there's one near you. It's low sodium and great for people with diabetes, too. It can be made with Either: sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
Great crockpot recipe for non-meat meal. Great with or without lime juice. Serve with whole wheat bread and a salad or greens on the side. Modified from Eating Well recipe in 2010.
