This salad takes your typical 3 bean salad but adds a protein to it - complex carb/protein combination.
This is a great way to get in your calcium and fiber and is very tasty..I found an old label from a can of blackeyed peas..
I happen to stumble on this for breakfast when I wasn't sure what to eat....quick and refreshing! You could substitute other fruit as well...
This is a great alternative to potato salad. You can serve warm or cold..I prefer warm.
