My new favorite lunch!
A perfect dip for the peanut butter lover. The best part is - it is a single serving so you don't have to worry about the portion sizes. Serve with fruit, graham crackers or celery. Skippy Natural and Lowfat yogurt was used in the calculations.

This recipe is from Eating Well. I love that they are full of chips and the recipe does not make a ton of cookies. They taste best right out of the oven! I have also made them with M&Ms instead of chocolate chips.
This is adapted from a Rick Bayless recipe. I serve it on a bed of spinach for a hearty lunch (spinach not included in the calculations). The salad is spicy and tangy. Yum!
This is my go-to pizza dough recipe. It is quick and tastes great!
Feel free to sprinkle walnuts with the bananas while they cook (nuts not included in nutritional info)
