Mean green juice, vitamix (whole food juice)

Its a juice I created for my 10 day juice fast and cleanse. It has all the nutrients I could need. And you can use any kind of water or any other frozen fruit you want. Its not sweet and mostly you taste the apple.

Lactose-Free Smoothie

Just a small morning pick up. Its vitamin rich and really a great pick me up.

Lentils Veggie Soup

This a protein rich soup for vegetarians or vegans. It's very delicious low in calories and good to eat as much as you want. This is a really good preprepared kind of food. Cook it in the morning for lunch or for tomorrow's lunch if you wish.

Two servings not one, cals for 2 servings is about 400. This recipe is just for this soup which I drink a lot.

Avocado dip

Just a yummy way to have a meal. It's so delicious! Just so I can easily fit it in my nutritional chart. Right amount of natural fats for the day. Two servings is possible.
