Yummy! One of my favorite, easy dishes to make. Could be healthier, but it wouldn't be as good! :)
I love chicken alfredo but I can't eat all the calories that it affords. This is a delicious dish and still healthy in its own right. If you want it even lighter, nix the mozzerella cheese and use less chicken.
Nice, healthy side dish. The first time I made it, it was mushy, but I drain the tomatoes now (or used fresh) and it made it better!
I love this italian treat. It is so filling and and it has lots of scrumptious vegetables in it! You can mix and match the vegetables as well..these were simply what we had on hand that night.
Great grab and go breakfast. I love these on Sunday mornings to eat before church. It is a harder recipe, atleast for me! lol If anyone has any ideas to simplify it or make it healthier, that would be great!
These are so delicious. They are a dinner staple at our house! A new way to serve chicken.
My mom made this for me and I loved it. It isn't super healthy, so I do apologize, but it will cure your sweet tooth very quickly!! The serving size is 1/8 of a pie. I usually only eat 1/2 of a serving and it does the same trick!
