Sugar Free Pudding

I adapted this from Branden Brazier's book, "The Thrive Diet."

Buffalo Jerky

This recipe can be varied by what spices you want to use. However, you need to make sure you use at least 1 TBS of salt per pound of meat. I would suggest looking up the food safety cautions on the internet for homemade jerky. I do not make my jerky with nitrates because nitrates are poison. You can always refrigerate the jerky if you feel you have not used enough salt to preserve.

Green Protein Shake

This recipe is adapted from Brendan Brazier's book, "The Thrive Diet."

Lentil Soup

This is a hearty soup. You can put some cheese in the bottom of your bowl then pour the soup over the top of the cheese. I did not count the cheese into the calories.

Oatmeal Coconut Bars

I copied this recipe off the back the Sunspire's Vegan Carob Chip bag.

Butterscotch Pudding

This pudding uses Dr. Oetker Organic Pudding and Pie
Filling Mix. Instead of using milk, used unsweetened vanilla flavor almond milk.

Chocolate pudding

This pudding is made using Dr. Oetker Pudding and Pie Filling Mix and Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Blueberry Pomegranate Pudding

This recipe is from the package of Eden Organic Kuzu package. I would chill the pudding, so that is why the prep time is 60 minutes.

Pumkin seeds are a great way to start your day with good protein

This recipe is for bread makers. This is for a 2 lb. loaf.

5 seed mixture

These 5 seeds give you good protein and fiber for a good start to your day. I'll mix 1/4 cup of this mixture into 2 TBS of peanut butter or almond butter.

You can vary the veggies. These are the ones I like.
