I make this with whole grain rotini. I like how the slight sweetness of the honey mustard evens out the earthy taste of the pasta. I usually portion the leftovers into 2oz servings and freeze for a quick lunch during the week.
This is a very low fat, low calorie, high protein meal. Very filling. I usually pair it with a whole grain pasta dish.
A healthy filling meal for those days when you just want to throw it all together in the morning and let the crockpot do the rest.
