From "A Short Course in Culinary Experiments: Vegetarian Indian Cuisine for Innovative Non-Experts"
A co-worker of mine, in addition to being a chemist, has written a vegetarian Indian cookbok; he was kind enough to give me a copy, so I'm slowly learning the art of cooking Indian food.
Eshtu really turns out to be like American chunky potato soup, but spicy, with green chiles and ginger. Yum!

Blini are like crepes. They're DELICIOUS and very versatile - you can put whtever you want in them. My brothers really like them with ice cream, and I like them with PB and banana... Try them!
I just got my wisdom teeth out, and I can't "eat" anything. I'm hoping this will be delicious and filling (since it takes forever for me to "eat"). :)
