This is very easy. You can flour meat and brown it first or not. I usually don"t . If you love mushrooms, throw some fresh ones on top before cooking. You can double the meat in this and there will still be enough sauce without doubling the soups. I serve it over rice that has been cooked in canned beef broth.
I really don't know a name for this recipe. I usually make a green salad or have green beans with this to make a meal.
The nutritional guide for this includes 8 oz of noodles but you can add more or less. I acutally use the broth that I cook the chicken in with the fat skimmed off. The nutritional info is from the list of items that they make avail to you for "chicken broth".
