After preparing, wrap individually in foil and freeze. Reheat straight from freezer: remove from foil, wrap in paper towel, reheat 1-2m in microwave.

Freezer Hot Pockets: Pepperoni Pizza

Meant to be reheated straight from freezer. After baking and cooling, wrap in foil and freeze. To reheat, remove foil, wrap in paper towel, put direct in microwave from freezer for 2-3m.

Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Hot Pockets

This is a freezer food - after baking, let cool, wrap individually in foil and freeze. To eat, remove from foil, wrap in paper towel and put one straight in the microwave (frozen) for 1-2m.

Breakfast Burrito: Spinach, Steak, Egg, & Cheese (1 burrito/serving)

We make these once a month and freeze them, individually wrapped in aluminum foil. They can be reheated straight from the freezer, wrapped in a paper towel, for ~1minute.

We make these ahead, wrap them in foil, then freeze them. To reheat, just wrap in paper towel and stick in microwave for 1-2m.

Onion Roasted Potatoes (1/2c=serving)

We make these in large batches, once a month, then freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet. Once frozen, we dump them all in a big ziploc. During the month, we can take out enough to use for a side dish and reheat right in the oven at 450 (straight from freezer)
