Veggie bean soup with Barley
This soup comes together fairly quickly and you can let it simmer on the stove while you are busy doing other things.
Stuffing for Pork Chops
Slice thick pork loin chops to form a pocket and stuff with an apple veggie stuffing.
Borscht (Beet Soup)
I enjoy a good bowl of borshct in the fall when the weather starts to turn cooler. This soup is a deep, dark red that turns a neat pink colour when served with sour cream.
Curried Red lentils with Brown Rice
I didn't like brown rice and despised lentils. This recipe changed that. I do enjoy a good curry!
