A hearty Chicken based soup with barley & rice.
Add more water or broth (or less barley) to make a thinner soup. This will decrease calories.
This is a whole grain, low calorie version of the Fannie Farmer cookbook muffin. Oatmeal, whole grain four, and Splenda is used instead of pastry flour and sugar. You could further cut it using egg substitute and oil instead of butter. I raised my kids on this muffin recipe - and have since made it a bit more healthy.
Cool and refreshing - only 26 calories - no fat slushy/smoothie. This is loaded full of fruit & veggie, using cucumber, pineapple, and lemon. A cool twist of the normal yogurt drink. If you like cucumber, you will love this drink. You may add some sweetener if it is not sweet enough - although it tastes great without it.
Low fat version of Quiche - can easily be adapted by using your favorite cheese or vegetables.
This has always been my Family's favorite - and requested still for family get together's years later. This makes a family size soup pot. Add water to make 8 - 2 cup servings. Can easily be modified using healthier soups, this is all I had. You can also add more or less milk or water to make your soup thinner or creamier to your liking. Adding a baguette or roll and salad makes a great meal with this soup.

Flavorful low in fat Italian dish - great over Angel Hair Pasta or your favorite pasta or rice. The key is flavor with garlic, peppers, spices added to cubed zucchini.
This is a yummy comfort chicken salad with grapes added. Put it on a bed of lettuce for a nice salad or if you like a sandwich add it to your favorite bread or tortilla wrap with lettuce (not included in calorie count). You could also add pecans or walnuts making it more crunchy (not added in calorie count) or use all fat free yogurt instead of the salad dressing.
