This Costa Rican Style Tilapia dish was something I found while watching the Food Network. The baked fish came out with a really nice texture, and the rice was really good too. If you like cuisine with a little South American flavor, try this one out.
This full recipe was designed to make four servings of fish. I only needed two when I made it. I really enjoy south american cuisine, so this was a nice change of pace.
