Very healthy chicken soup--no sodium added. This makes it pretty bland for those who like salt---can add as desired. Yummy over rice!
This wrap is easily made and is a family favorite of ours. The kids just can't get enough--nor can we! :o) The ingredients can be altered to suit your family's taste. I cut these in half--half is a suitable small meal for me. Men and teenagers will want an entire wrap. Another suggestion, for those who watch carbs, is to eliminate the wrap and use a large Bibb or Romaine lettuce leaf as the wrap. It is yummy and drastically reduces calories!
