I found this recipe on the foodnetwork..and changed a couple of ingredients.. to lower fat and sodium.. Nice comfort food in the cold.. and very tasty..

I was experimenting in the kitchen and came up with this recipe.. it is awesome and low cal /low sugar too..
I tried the DrPepper cake from the recipes on spark .. so I decided to see if it worked with a brownie mix.. and it did.. instead of 180 cal.. its only 120
a co worker gave me this recipe and i tweaked it some..
I just stumbled upon 2 recipes and combined them both to get a low cal low sugar healthy treat..
I used butterscotch pudding instead of vanilla
this recipe makes two pies... serves 6 each pie

MY mother-in-law taught me this recipes years and years ago.. its always been a favorite and very filling and nutritious. This can be served alone or as a side dish to chicken or pork

You can change this to any type of meat/poultry/seafood... or
You can omit the meats and have an awesome vegan meal!!!
