This is a quick iced coffee recipe I came up with after having some at Starbucks. It's easy and you can use your day old coffee, Splenda to reduce sugar, etc. You can add extracts to suit your taste!
I love chocolate cake. And when I needed a chocolate fix quick and couldn't find a cake mix, well I found this recipe (at the back of hershey's cocoa) Delicious and moist and chocolatey! The recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar, I used 1 1/4 and thought it was just the right amount of sweetness. Next time I'm subbing applesauce for oil.

This is the calabasitas recipe my mom always made. She would sprinkle it with cheese and let it melt and it's delicious! You can add cheese (mozzarella would be my recommendation or queso Oaxaca) if you like. The cheese is not calculated in the calorie count.
This are my turkey burgers adapted from the way I do my beef burgers. I love these! The soy sauce helps the turkey so it's doesn't dry out. I have them with no bun, with lots of lettuce and tomato. Hope you enjoy.
This is a chicken soup I am used to eating at my house! Its super delicious! Lots of veggies, really fill you up and low in calories! My son loves this soup. Hope you like it too!

This recipe is from Ellie Krieger's Cookbook, The Food You Crave. I love her recipes and I always watched her on Food Network and I finally got her book. This is one of my favorite recipes.
