Sounds really bland, but it's a GREAT tasty option for lunch! Low fat, calories, carbs, sodium, pretty much everything!
I got this from a recipe on SparkPeople, but I reduced the calories, carbs, and sodium. It calls for any diet soda. I actually used Coke Zero. I also used Budweiser Barbecue Sauce (it had the lowest sodium).
Great way to get your daily servings of fruit! This recipe makes a lot, so I usually substitute it in for my lunch meal!

Great source of protein! I always eat this as a post-workout meal. Sometimes I add l-glutamine as well. But this smoothie can be great even without the protein!
This zesty coleslaw is a nice change from the regular coleslaw. I add even more horseradish for extra zing.
Low fat version of Olive Garden's Soup or Zuppa, Leftovers are even tastier the next day! Great along side a salad for lunch or beginning course at dinner.
This is a wonderful (and easy) recipe I got from allrecipes.com. The flavors of lemon and dill really complement the fish. I like to use wild Alaskan salmon for this recipe, but any salmon will work. I usually don't measure, so these are all estimates. Play with the ingredients to suit your own tastes!

Great for if you don't have sunflower seeds or bacon on hand! Quick and easy!
Quick & easy meal you can make in the crock pot! (Beware.. it's low in Calories, but a KILLER in Sodium and Carbs! Make sure you track your food for the day to make sure you have room to eat this meal!) It can be worth it though, the taste is amazing!
