Carribean Black Bean, Spinach, and Corn Soup

This is a great, light soup. You can add chicken or more beans for more protein. Great source of potassium and low sodium.

Sauteed Portobella with Feta and rice

High in potassium and great for an appetizer, entree with a side salad, or as a side dish. Can also add fresh spinach for even more nutritional punch.

Boiled Ham & Cabbage Dinner

Filling food for few calories. Try substituting low sodium broth or veggie broth and leave out the ham for a great side dish or vegetarian meal. Serve in a bowl with a whole grain bread for dipping.
