Kashi Oatmeal Breakfast Bar

I needed an on-the-go breakfast bar that was healthy, low cal, low fat and would fill me up. I got so confused looking at the nutrition labels for packaged cereal bars so I adapted this recipe and it's really good! 1 recipe is for a 9x12 pan. Nutrition information is calculated based on cutting into 16 bars.

General Tso Chicken & Shrimp

Simple, delicious, low fat. I used an entire bag of frozen Stir Fry vegetables; I chose the one with asparagus. I used a frozen 4 oz chicken breast and about 6 oz. cooked frozen shrimp. Also I used the bottled General Tso stir-fry sauce Archer Farms label, sold by Target. I really liked it!
