Low cal, low just about everything (but salt), cheese soup - with a little spicy to spice up your day! Filling and sinfully delicious which is what makes this a great recipe both fresh and left over. Feeling the need to munch? Have a half cup or a heck how about a full cup. Its got lots of veggies and at less then 100 calories a cup it won't break the calorie bank. =) ENJOY!
