This is surprisingly good and very quick to make for a snack or quick lunch for 1-2 people. Recipe can be expanded for more people.
Brown turkey with onion. Mix all vegetables, taco seasoning, and ranch mix in large stew pot. Add turkey and onion once browned. Simmer on low heat until hot. Serve with sour cream and corn chips.
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Mix butter, applesauce, vanilla, egg white, and sugars in mixing bowl until blended. Add and mix oats, flour, and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove and cool.
