Pizza lover like me.... Man I can still enjoy the great taste without all the CRAZY cal's. Plus you get more bang for you cal going this route.
Each serving is a 6 ounce slice of eggplant, plenty of food.

Cauliflower, no potatos used... AMAZING
Pretty good, No rice, goes great on anything.
Sausage with pinto and black eye peas
This taste excellent, a nice italian taste over Canadian Bacon!!
