Chewy. Fresh. Full of fiber. Easy-to make salad. Great as a sweet snack!
Much-much easier way of cooking risotto. You cook only mushrooms, put risotto in oven and it is ready in less than half an hour all by itself!
Any mushrooms can be used.
Fresh rosemary can be substituted with fresh thyme. Chicken broth can be substituted with veges or beef ones or just use water.
This lighter recipe of the well-known salad has all the true taste of a regular one, if not even better. Do not skip the anchovies and garlic, these are the main ingredients.

Easy to make healthy homemade soup with non-fancy ingredients and leftover chicken.

The original recipe came from Food&Wine magazine. I have reduced the amount of sugar significantly as the ripen banana is usually very sweet. And I made three times less muffins than the original recipe called.
This is a very fast and easy to cook, healthy and nutritious waffle for breakfast, lunch or brunch. It is only one serving but you will not need seconds, believe me, it will make you full especially when served with Greek yogurt, honey and fresh fruits and berries. I recommend using fresh citrus zest as it is a natural, powerful and fresh flavor ingredient. And if you need several waffles just double the ingredients, triple, quadruple etc. :)
Good tasty lunch or perfect complete meal after hard training. Precise combination of slow & fast digested proteins, fat and carbohydrates. With jalapeno kick to speed up your metabolism.
Enjoy!
An improved and more flavorful version of my "Tuna Waldorf Salad with Pear". The Greek yogurt really makes the salad fresher and lighter. Though the calories in this one are slightly higher but it is due to increase of protein.
Good tasty lunch or perfect complete meal after hard training. Precise combination of slow & fast digested proteins, fat and carbohydrates. With jalapeno kick to speed up your metabolism.
Enjoy!
This vegetarian dish has two servings of vegetables, is high in fiber and protein and very easy to cook. It can be served as a single whole dish, or a side dish for meat, poultry or fish, or over pasta or rice. I prefer it served with hard boiled eggs and grated cheese on top.
A very refreshing salad, full of fresh fruits that goes perfect with a grilled fish dish.
This is a great meal that will provide you with at least 4 servings of vegetables. It is all fresh and natural, has 5 grams of fiber. It is very easy to make and very delicious and nutricious. Enjoy!
Healthy, high protein, easy to make recipe. I prefer to make this salad with pear and raw nuts, it gives it full fruity taste. The recipe was adapted from Oxygen May'09 magazine.

Low carb, high protein, sweet dessert with fresh berries. The natural sugar from berries and sweetener from gelatin make great combination.
Healthy easy-to-make dish with great aroma. I used olive oil instead of butter in this recipe: I believe, it taste much better this way.
Low calorie, high protein, easy-to-make soup. Flavorful and delicious! You'll not believe how smoky-tasty it smells while cooking! We usually smoke the whole turkey on Thanksgiving so I cooked it with the turkey leftovers. I also prefer to serve it with soft goat cheese on top, it melts in warm plate and adds a very mild dairy creaminess to the dish.

I perefer to serve it with Russian caviar.
There are three basics of making a cheesecake with creamy texture and without cracks: add half a cup of yogurt to the batter, bake at low temperature and in a water bath.
Very beautiful dessert!
I reduced the amount of butter and substituted another egg for 2 egg whites in the recipe.
