Recipes I've Shared:
Made over this recipe from the St. Mary's Hospital-Ozaukee Cookbook (churches and hospitals have the BEST recipes...but not always so healthy!!)
My husband and I are training for a bodybuilding competition and my favorite kind of cake ~ "Birthday"!!! is not on the menu. I wanted to do something special for my T's day so I sprinkled Stevia on top and popped a candle in one of these and it was perfect!!
Options are really limitless...you could add peanut butter (preferably "natural"), ground flaxseed...use your imagination!
This makes a ton! No worries keep it in the freezer and grab as you need.
These are just so good. The things I did different was use light soymilk and 3 egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs, and I used Splenda.
I revised this recipe from "Wholesome Sugarfree Cooking". I couldn't believe how good these were not using ANY sugar or sugar substitute. The original recipe does not include pineapple juice, egg whites (it uses the whole egg), cinnamon, nutmeg or the "Soy Energy Blend". The "Soy Energy Blend" really makes it deeeee-licious!! It is worth the trip to the grocery store if you do not have it on-hand!
You may want to frost by mixing fat-free cream cheese, splenda or stevia and vanilla. Or, you could frost mixing fat-free cool whip and cream cheese pudding (dry) mix.
This is so yummy! You can heat it up w/ some shredded cheese if you like on a whole wheat tortilla or have it chilled with chips, or top on a burger!!
The healthier version of the Peanut Butter cookie we all love.
Note that I got 10 pieces instead of the 8 that the pie crust will have on the label.
Make sure the pudding mixes are instant fat free and sugar free.
These are the best homemade granola bars I have ever had. You could do some substitutes such as the Splenda for the brown sugar and dark chocolate chips.
