This is a great comfort food. You could add some green peppers to spice it up a bit or some chili powder. Sometimes I add some frozen peas. Great with a chicken breast and a green salad.
I like these muffins with a piece of fruit for breakfast. They are great plain so there is no need to add butter or jam. The peanut butter adds protein to my diet.
High protein, no meat and delicious. Only 160 calories per serving. Great with a green salad.
