This recipe makes a delicious bean burger. I use black beans, but the recipe calls for red kidney beans or pinto beans.
For a savory breakfast, whip these up to accompany and egg and toast, or some breakfast ham. Or, they are wonderful just on their own.
Yummy, especially with roast or rotisserie chicken. Put it in the oven when you put in the met and they'll be done around the same time.
A tasty, low fat treat for a breakfast on the go or after workout pick-me-up.
