Recipes I've Shared:
I found a similar recipe from PriceChopper of all places and adapted it to suit my tastes.
I was bored of my eggs so I decided to throw a different set of veggies in. It came out YUMMY!
I got this recipe from a friend of a friend.... and it's a wonderful light-tasting spread on crackers!
I was afraid of cooking fish for a long long time. I took a deep breath one night and jumped in feet first. It took a couple of attempts and a little tweaking, but this is one of my favorite ways to prepare Tuna Steak!
NOTE - make sure you use FRESH TUNA
Trying to get a serving of veggies during breakfst? Look no farther!
I had a crustless zucchini pie a long time ago, and while I don't have the recipe anymore, I do remember parts of it. This is a "replication" from my faulty memory.
This came out WONDERFUL - light and fluffy, but sooooo satisfying!
Calories can be saved by using lowfat cheese instead of whole fat! I just had some really good cheese to use up before it went bad.
It's almost identical to another recipe on the stite. Just changed from Olive Oil to Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the amount halved.
Experimenting based on other recipes. Not bad, I went a little heavy on the pepper. Tastes a lot like soup for some reason.
Filling, but a little bland. Play with some seasons and let me know what's nummy!
