This is a super-simple recipe that tastes great with crackers or small pieces of bread.
This is a delicious tuna casserole my family loves. I calculated the nutrition info with the brand names/ingredients listed, but you can change items to low-fat or other substitutions.
This is a staple in our household from an old Betty Crocker cookbook. It's pretty easy to make & you make two loaves. We have one for dinner & freeze the other for another time.
You can save calories by using lean ground beef and cutting out the cheese. The nutrition info uses meat loaf mixture instead of ground beef & includes regular american cheese.
This is a fantastic recipe! Everyone who tries it wants the recipe.
NOTE: I do not add salt though the recipe calls for it. I also use half the sugar the recipe asks for. Still delicious! I also add mushrooms to mine though not listed.
