my version of a classic. you can lower the fat content by substituting light mayo for regular mayo and using low fat cheese. :) you can garnish this with bacon bits or cubed ham, too.

I was really excited about trying one of the salsa chicken recipes on here, but almost all of them include some sort of cream soup and/or sour cream. So here's my "dairy-free" spin on it for my lactose intolerant friends. :)
*nutrition info is for a 1/4 cup serving, which is double the usual "2 tbsp" serving size for dips.
(who actually only uses 2 tbsp of dip with their veggies or chips?)

definatly comfort food....you could make it "healthy" (or healthier) by switching to low fat or non fat cheeses/dressing....

A nice, creamy frozen yogurt. Tastes great - even my anti-artificial sweeteners husband likes it! It gets too hard to scoop if I save leftovers in my freezer, but I freeze it in an ice cube tray (silicone baking cups would be excellent, too) and it makes a great, quick base for a fruit and yogurt smoothie!
