I came up with this one day when I didn't have anything to eat!! The cook time shows how long the brown rice I choose takes to cook. you could also throw in some veggies: spinach, diced tomatoes, etc.
This was a recipe my mom used to make when I was little and sometimes I still crave it. Very quick and easy.
