Get up and Go Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie is fast and easy to make using frozen fruit. The addition of flax seed and greek yogurt add essential omega oils, fiber, and protein. This is the perfect grab and go breakfast. One serving is 16 oz but you can make it into 2 servings and cut the calories in half.

Italian Cream Soda

This is a super easy treat. I drink it when I am having cravings for pop. Since it is club soda and has no caffeine it can also count towards your water intake. It is also a nice treat that helps with those sweet cravings

Quick and Easy Fried Rice

This is a very easy to make. It is fast because I used already cooked rice. I actually used 3 green onions instead of scallions but could not find them on the food list. This is very high sodium but you could tone it down by not using a seasoning mix because the sweet and sour sauce gives it a good flavor

Veggie Teriyaki Stir Fry

This is a very fast, easy, and filling veggie stirfry. I served this with salmon and I was totally full. A good combination of cabbage, fresh green beans, fresh peas, and onion, with just the right ammount of sauce.

Quick and Easy Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

My BF doesn't like Chicken breast so I created this with chicken thigh. It is actually not too bad. I used the chicken thighs that are skinless and boneless. It is very easy and not alot of prep.
