A nice low carb & low sodium side dish and
because all veggies are added at the start some are crunchier than others making for a
very satisfying dish. Makes 6 one cup servings.
This recipe is so easy & quick. It is now my favorite breakfast. It's very yummy & filling. Enjoy. Choose salsa according to individual taste. (I use mild)
These bars are easy to make and although they are not overly sweet they really satisfy those sugar cravings. Recipe is very adaptable to individual tastes.
