I adapted this tasty recipe from Food Network with some of my adjustments. It is a great, tasty, easy base recipe for pancakes so you can add your favorite fruit on top or mixed in the batter.
The nutrition information reflects 1 cup of the mix with half of the wet ingredients which yields about 5 pancakes with two pancakes per serving.
