I love creamy Italian chicken, but I hate all the fat and not too fond of boneless skinless chicken breast. Enjoy this moderation. (Keep in mind that the nutrition information is based on an even distribution of the sauce; you can cut some fat and calories by leaving most of the sauce in the pot)
This must have been the best smoothie I have ever tasted!! All the flavor cut the fat and boost the protein!! so thick you can eat it with a spoon!
