Chicken with Ginger - Light & Healthy - Martha Stewart

Healthy can still be easy and delicious without tasting healthy! A recipe you may already have the majority of ingredients in your cupboard already.
If you like, you may wish to serve with steamed rice or Asian noodles (not included in nutritional information).

Please note: The sauce is meant to coat the chicken, not drown it, the chicken will become too salty if sauce is doubled. I made as written here, then served with about 1/2 cup steamed rice and it wasn't too dry.

Chewy Cherry-Oatmeal Cookies by Martha Stewart

A friend brought these to a gathering and what few were leftover, were practically fought over. A big hit with those that don't care for raisins.

Martha says, "Cherry-oatmeal cookies are a nice twist on a classic. Serve these at your next gathering, or make a batch and slip one into your loved one's lunch bag."

* Apple butter substituted for unsalted butter in the nutritional information.
* If dried cherries are too expensive, try using cherry flavored Craisins.
